Av. Ahmet SEYHAN
Ahmet Seyhan is an attorney-at-law and the founder of Seyhan + Partners Law Firm. He began his legal education at İzmir University of Economics Faculty of Law in 2013 and graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Law in 2017. Throughout his academic journey, he received general and legal English training in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Malta.
He completed his LL.M. in Private Law at Bahçeşehir University in January 2023 with his thesis titled “Liability Arising from Trust in Corporate Groups,” which was later published as a book in May 2023. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Private Law at Bahçeşehir University.
After being admitted to the bar in 2018, he founded Seyhan + Partners Law Firm in the same year. Today, the firm operates across eight different countries with a technology-driven approach and a multilingual team.
Ahmet Seyhan has authored various academic works in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, contract law, banking law, private law, animal law, autonomous vehicles, smart contracts, and civil procedure. His publications have appeared in several academic and professional platforms, including the İstanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law Journal and the Eskişehir Bar Association Journal.
Since 2018, he has also taken part in voluntary field and training activities within the United Nations framework and has assumed several institutional responsibilities, including legal consultancy for HAYTAP Animal Rights Federation, chairmanship of the AKUT Central Disciplinary Board, membership of the Eskişehir Provincial Animal Protection Board, the Eskişehir Provincial Market Arbitration Committee, and the Eskişehir Bar Association Youth Assembly Monitoring Committee.
Within Seyhan + Partners, he provides legal consultancy and attorneyship services to international companies, particularly in commercial law, arbitration, contract law, technology law, and IT law.
