Seyhan+Partners provides ongoing legal counsel to domestic and international companies through a monthly advisory model. This structure is designed not merely to respond to disputes after they arise, but to monitor the company’s contracts, correspondence, corporate decisions, transactions, employment matters, occupational health and safety processes, litigation, enforcement proceedings and international business operations as an integrated legal function.

Within this framework, Seyhan+Partners may attend general assembly and board of directors meetings, assess the legal implications of commercial decisions and, where duly authorized, follow certain managerial procedures on behalf of the company. Contracts, official and commercial correspondence, internal policies, employment processes, payment and collection procedures, judicial and administrative filings and enforcement proceedings are reviewed within a regular legal control mechanism.

Seyhan+Partners prepares Turkish and English contract infrastructures tailored to each company’s commercial model and field of activity. This includes sector-specific contractual structures such as franchising agreements, sale-on-consignment models, supply, distribution, service, software, technology, confidentiality, licensing and smart contracts, designed with a focus on legal certainty and practical enforceability.

For companies operating particularly in technology, e-commerce, software, manufacturing and international trade, contracts are treated not merely as documents reflecting party intent, but as corporate instruments managing operational risk, data security, intellectual property rights, payment flows, liability allocation and dispute resolution mechanisms.

In the field of cybersecurity, Seyhan+Partners provides legal support to companies on data breaches, unauthorized access, system security, digital evidence, incident management and regulatory compliance. In necessary and appropriate emergency situations, preliminary assessment, risk classification and the legal coordination of response processes may be carried out in cooperation with technical experts and through AI-supported analytical tools.

This structure offers an integrated advisory approach combining law, technology and corporate governance, with the objective of protecting companies’ digital assets, contractual positions and operational continuity in a coordinated manner.

Seyhan+Partners acts not only as an external legal advisor, but as a legal function integrated into the company’s decision-making structure. Upon request, legal support may also be provided for human resources processes, including employment contracts, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, termination processes and internal compliance documentation. The firm works in coordination with the company’s occupational health and safety providers, accounting units, financial advisors, auditors and other professional stakeholders to monitor the legal dimension of operational risks.

As part of the advisory model, the company’s contractual and transactional workflow may be structured through both digital and physical archiving discipline. Through the SP AI legal assistant infrastructure, company-specific panels may be created for advisory clients, enabling a more systematic approach to document management, legal opinions, process tracking and corporate legal memory.

Seyhan+Partners monitors the company’s litigation and enforcement proceedings before Turkish judicial and administrative authorities. Depending on the company’s sector and operational needs, legal support may also cover cross-border transactions, international contract negotiations, arbitration proceedings, public tender processes and negotiations with foreign companies. Where necessary, temporary or permanent on-site lawyer assignment may be arranged; the assigned lawyer works exclusively on the company’s matters and remains coordinated with the Seyhan+Partners legal team.

For companies with production, factory or field operations abroad, Seyhan+Partners may also conduct legal compliance-oriented field assessments regarding occupational health and safety, contractual obligations, supply chain relations and operational risk areas. In matters requiring technical assessment, the firm works with relevant professionals; in legally complex matters, opinions from qualified academics may be incorporated into the advisory process.

Ongoing legal counsel is designed to make legal risks visible, align corporate decision-making with documentation and compliance discipline, and embed a practical legal reflex into the company’s daily operations.
